Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design for SaaS, with at least 2 years in a lead or principal role
• Deep experience in designing complex systems, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or Enterprise SaaS
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic design work across various digital products
• Proven ability to scale design systems and drive UX strategy in fast-paced environments
• Experience with data products and understanding of technical concepts like SQL and data modeling
