Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer to drive the Core Product experiences for video creation and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate design craft by setting high standards for interaction, visual, and motion design
• Own the end-to-end creation experience, focusing on seamless and AI-assisted recording, generation, and editing
• Prototype and ship innovative ideas, particularly those leveraging AI for video creation

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Design, particularly for complex, user-facing products
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clarity to teams
• Strong track record of shipping user-centered solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Experience with prototyping and validating new concepts, especially involving emerging technologies
• Passion for AI and a commitment to continuous learning and experimentation
