Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Researcher - Health (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads project execution and business development for work conducted for CMS and CMMI
• Directs execution of complex projects and oversees planning, design, and implementation of project procedures
• Serves as an industry expert on alternative payment models and manages others to promote their development

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Economics, Health Services Research, or a related field with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 11 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Direct experience with CMMI alternative payment model contracts
• Proven track record of winning new business with CMS or other HHS agencies
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare payment policy and related datasets
