Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing technology teams
• Proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Java-based applications
