Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payments or the FinTech space
• Strong experience with multiple technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Go) and designing scalable APIs
• Proven leadership in complex initiatives across infrastructure and product development
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security requirements in the financial domain is a plus
