Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Innovation Lab Product R&D Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analytic workflows to extract insights from conversational data and user interactions
• Automate analytic processes to enhance efficiency and focus on deeper analyses
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to deliver insights to relevant teams and support trust & safety operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative data
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new analytic tools quickly
• Experience with AI tools and LLMs in consumer or enterprise settings
• Interest in consumer advocacy and public good technology
• Understanding of data limitations and a systems mindset
