Product Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analytics Manager to lead a team in analyzing the loan lifecycle and driving product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of analysts to provide strategic insights and monitoring support for product teams
• Partner with data engineering to establish scalable analytics foundations and own analytics for the loan origination process
• Develop metrics frameworks and conduct analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improved decision-making

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• 2+ years of experience managing senior and junior analysts
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments supporting product teams
• Familiarity with credit, underwriting, or verification workflows is a plus
