Key Responsibilities

• Achieve team and regional revenue targets in line with annual AOP
• Lead and develop a high-performing, client-centric team of account managers
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing teams and driving revenue performance
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Experience in the Nonfood Compounds or Food Contact Materials sectors is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
