Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Content Specialist to lead in-app messaging efforts and contribute to the technical content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation, deployment, and maintenance of in-app messaging, collaborating with product managers and design teams
• Write and maintain user-facing documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity across all content
• Utilize analytics to measure engagement and make data-driven improvements to content and messaging

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in content writing, UX writing, technical writing, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with in-app messaging platforms such as Pendo
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Understanding of user experience principles and content integration in product design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
