Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to lead the redesign of their fintech platform's website.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design handoff
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and regulatory constraints
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, ideally in fintech or regulated industries
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website redesigns and user-centered design principles
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
