Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners, including hiring and performance management
• Ensure strategic alignment of the product group's roadmap with business and technical goals
• Oversee the execution of multiple complex initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing 5+ direct reports
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of data-driven decision making
• Experience leading products through discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Fluent in English (C1) and Russian (Native)
• Highly organized with a commitment to managing complex projects remotely
