Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product lines within the RCM portfolio
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product plans from ideation through launch and optimization
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the healthcare RCM landscape

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare IT
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios
• Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, billing, claims management, and payment processing
