Product Manager for AI Coaching

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to own its AI-powered coaching platform, ProfAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap for foundational AI training and coaching components
• Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious goals for the platform
• Write PRDs, prototype features, and manage sprint planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PM experience as the sole PM for a product in startups or high-growth companies
• Power user of AI tools and LLMs, with extensive use in current PM work
• Strong point of view on AI knowledge requirements for productivity
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and write clear PRDs
• Technical background or comfort working with small engineering teams
