Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of their customer-facing CPQ and CRM offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-impact, customer-centric CPQ and CRM solutions
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive new features and enhancements, maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and product adoption
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS organization, with deep expertise in CPQ and CRM systems
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and automation within billing platforms
- Proficient in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence, with experience in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Additional certifications in product management, SaaS billing, or financial systems are a plus
