Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer-informed product roadmap and lead scoping of functional areas of POS
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to validate product direction and monitor competitive trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product features and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of product management experience with hands-on backlog ownership
• Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycles
• Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with restaurant operations or POS systems preferred
