Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle ownership from discovery to shipping and customer enablement
- Build and integrate new agent capabilities across various platforms
- Design and implement evaluation systems for continuous agent performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience with technical B2B products, preferably in CX, e-commerce, or AI automation
- Technical fluency with APIs and integrations, including webhook systems and OAuth flows
- Experience in building QA suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience in running demos and co-selling
- Curiosity and a builder mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
