Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead initiatives within the Coordination of Benefits and Payment Integrity value stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Coordination of Benefits (COB) Programs to ensure correct payment processes across multiple insurers
• Partner with internal teams for Payment Optimization by identifying improper claim payments and enabling corrective actions
• Drive product strategy and roadmap, ensuring value delivery aligns with measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in complex, regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrate strong financial acumen
• Proficiency with Excel for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Experience coaching teams and fostering a product-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or payment integrity domains is preferred
