Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to ensure successful product delivery and launch readiness for contractor users.

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to understand upcoming releases and their operational impacts
• Coordinate and communicate release timelines and key changes to affected departments
• Analyze product analytics to track adoption and identify friction points

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or product operations in a SaaS B2B environment
• Strong understanding of go-to-market readiness and cross-functional alignment
• Experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making and drive adoption
• Exceptional project management skills
• Familiarity with the contractor management or compliance industry is a plus
