Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the implementation and operational maintenance of assigned products or service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products or service areas
- Drive operational aspects and assess performance by tracking and analyzing expectations
- Create reports and support business review presentations to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management, benefits, product management, or customer service in healthcare
- Experience with Medicaid, LTC, and MMA is highly preferred
- Experience in a healthcare contact center dealing with claims, grievances, or appeals is preferred
- Other experience in health care or managed care environment is preferred
