Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to lead a team of software engineers in developing technology solutions for small business lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap
• Clarify requirements and make timely decisions on execution details
• Conduct daily standup meetings with the development team and coach developers for high performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years in a project management role
• Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of OOP and experience with at least two OOP languages (Apex, Java, JavaScript, Python)
• Solid understanding of web technologies and database technologies
• Experience in automated testing using Python, Java, JUnit, or Selenium
