A company is looking for a Product Owner - HR/Legal Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the roadmap and backlog for Finance, HR, and Legal initiatives
• Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories for technical teams
• Oversee multiple workstreams within a larger program, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT product management within back office Enterprise Applications
• Strong understanding of Software Development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience working as a product owner with expertise in backlog management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
