Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Program Manager to support product development efforts on their Applied Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full program ownership, focusing on cross-functional schedules and execution strategies
• Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams and lead project staff meetings to prioritize issues and roadblocks
• Report program status and implement after-action reviews to enhance current programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in product development
• 5+ years of technical program management experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience in strategic planning and understanding product life cycles
