Key Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy for development teams, ensuring high-quality product features and coherence
• Drive user enablement and adoption by identifying opportunities and customizing resources for different user personas
• Champion cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support to enhance product understanding and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of complex software products, such as Salesforce
• Experience in developing user-centered resources based on persona analysis
• Strong technical accuracy in producing detailed resources aligned with user needs
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Experience in leveraging AI for test strategy generation and refinement
