Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery through research, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business goals and user needs
- Translate complex business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and product plans
- Partner with design and development teams to ensure alignment of creative and technical output with strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in product strategy, product management, UX/CX strategy, or digital consulting
- Experience working with digital agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Self-starter mindset with high initiative and ownership over work
