Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to ensure the reliability of their web application for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve user issues through ticketing systems and on-app feedback
  • Reproduce and debug issues using browser tools and basic SQL
  • Conduct data quality checks and assist in release readiness through testing and documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in product support, QA, technical support, or customer success for a web SaaS product
  • Basic knowledge of web applications, including HTTP/REST, JSON, and browser dev tools
  • Familiarity with SQL for data verification and log reading
  • Experience with ticketing and analytics tools such as Intercom and Jira
  • Ability to write clear and concise documentation for users and internal teams
