Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve user issues through ticketing systems and on-app feedback
- Reproduce and debug issues using browser tools and basic SQL
- Conduct data quality checks and assist in release readiness through testing and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in product support, QA, technical support, or customer success for a web SaaS product
- Basic knowledge of web applications, including HTTP/REST, JSON, and browser dev tools
- Familiarity with SQL for data verification and log reading
- Experience with ticketing and analytics tools such as Intercom and Jira
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation for users and internal teams
