Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the product suite, focusing on Teamworks AMS and troubleshooting issues
- Manage and prioritize a queue of customer cases based on severity and impact
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a high-performance sports environment
- Familiarity with athlete data management systems and medical software
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, MS Excel, and G-Suite
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the athletics industry is preferred
