Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Identify and resolve customer issues within the application and on backend integrations
- Document and create enablement materials to encourage customer self-service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Technical curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies
- Collaborative mindset with excellent cross-functional teamwork capabilities
- Added Bonus: Experience with API, HTML, JSON, JAVA, SQL or equivalent
