Production Control Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Control Engineer to implement, monitor, and support software and systems within the IT Infrastructure division.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tickets within defined service-level agreement (SLA) timeframes
• Triage and assign tickets to appropriate engineering or support teams as necessary
• Support the transition of new IT processes and systems from development to production environments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Linux
• 3+ years of experience with Windows SQL Server and proficiency in SSMS
• Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Solid shell scripting experience (Shell, PowerShell, PHP)
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
