Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support budget tracking, data management, and operational coordination for federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program priorities, monitor staff workload, and streamline processes
  • Generate and maintain project expenditure databases and conduct budget review meetings
  • Track project charging and ensure accurate updates to internal databases and communication tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or budget tracking
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and M365 tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management concepts
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
