- Assist with the Textbook Program and facilitate commencement and student recognition events
- Provide general administrative support and ensure quality customer service to faculty, staff, and students
- Develop expertise in academic policies and procedures, and maintain documentation for related tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various database systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must satisfy a criminal background check as a condition of employment
