Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Air Force Recruiting Information Support System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in the sustainment and enhancement of AFRISS-TF and AFRISS-NG
• Ensure operational continuity and compliance with cybersecurity requirements during system transitions
• Engage stakeholders and drive process improvements through Lean/Agile practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects within the DoD or federal agencies
• Experience managing teams of 30+ personnel across multiple disciplines
• Prior exposure to AFRISS-TF, AFRISS-NG, or equivalent DoD systems is desirable
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
