Program Manager (AI)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (AI) to oversee planning, scheduling, and tracking of programs and projects in the Digital Platform Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project milestones, schedules, and issue resolution across programs
• Facilitate agile methodologies and coach scrum teams while ensuring project execution excellence
• Communicate effectively within and across teams to ensure collaboration and transparency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of agile project management experience with a proven track record
• In-depth knowledge of software development and adoption, preferably in Ed Tech
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage complex dependencies
