Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communication/Journalism, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in creating and managing production-level documentation
  • 1-3 years of experience managing and mentoring teams of technical writers
  • Experience in defining and tracking key metrics for documentation initiatives
  • Proficient with various technical communication tools and project management frameworks
