Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison for technical documentation and manage client relationships

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication/Journalism, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in creating and managing production-level documentation
- 1-3 years of experience managing and mentoring teams of technical writers
- Experience in defining and tracking key metrics for documentation initiatives
- Proficient with various technical communication tools and project management frameworks
