Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Strategy and Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a review and assessment of current practices and tools used by Global Program units
- Facilitate the development and presentation of a Program Management Framework and accompanying manual
- Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions and submit a post roll-out report with insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in program management and coordination frameworks
- Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills for assessing program practices and tools
- Ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizational structures and operations
