Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure timely billing and collections
  • Coordinate project set-up, billing edits, and support documentation for client invoices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
  • Entry-level position; prior experience in accounting/finance is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the engineering/construction or services industry required
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision
