- Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure timely billing and collections
- Coordinate project set-up, billing edits, and support documentation for client invoices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
- Entry-level position; prior experience in accounting/finance is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the engineering/construction or services industry required
- Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision
