Key Responsibilities

• Develop, experiment with, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs)
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs into prompt strategies
• Maintain documentation of prompts and share best practices across the company

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product, engineering, or design with hands-on product development
• Advanced user of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools with experience in custom prompts
• Strong interest in AI and LLM technologies and their real-world applications
• Ability to translate product direction into effective prompts
• Must have 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members
