Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for 20-30 properties
• Conduct monthly reviews of the general ledger, including posting accruals and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statement packages and process payable invoices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience in multi-site accounting or property management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP related to real estate accounting and consolidations
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required
• Advanced Accounting certification may substitute for the degree requirement
