Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Associate to manage property administration tasks and support operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Owner Support case/email queue, ensuring prompt actions are taken
  • Maintain and prioritize the task queue to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Review and process incoming mail documents according to company procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Completion of a background investigation is required for employment
