Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Owner Support case/email queue, ensuring prompt actions are taken
- Maintain and prioritize the task queue to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Review and process incoming mail documents according to company procedures
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in property management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Demonstrated capacity to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Completion of a background investigation is required for employment
