A company is looking for a Part-Time Proposal Writer to support its business development and capture teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development including RFI/RFP review, content writing, and submission
- Use AI tools to create and review proposal materials
- Manage proposal schedules, assignments, and ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience writing and managing proposals for federal government contracts
- Experience in writing about IT and creative services
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal tools
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
