Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues efficiently and demonstrating accountability
- Provide support through multiple channels, including calls and chats, while addressing provider needs
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with a focus on analyzing and solving concerns
- Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for occasional overtime, during specified business hours
