Provider Data Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Data Services Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to provider offices to confirm demographic information and participation in the Medicaid plan
• Capture outreach results in a QuickBase application for compliance and network partners
• Support projects to improve accuracy of EPDB demographic data through research and validation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working with provider demographic data (preferred)
• Previous experience working within QuickBase (preferred)
• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
