Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Service Representative to assist healthcare providers with inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from providers and determine the type of assistance needed
• Document information and follow up to resolve issues in real time
• Meet established performance goals related to efficiency, accuracy, and member satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
• Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate multiple programs
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during designated hours, including training
