Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from providers and determine the type of assistance needed
- Document information and follow up to resolve issues in real time
- Meet established performance goals related to efficiency, accuracy, and member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate multiple programs
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during designated hours, including training
