Job Summary
A company is looking for a Public Health Data Analyst III to provide consulting, design, training, analytic, and development services for public health data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Access, analyze, and manipulate complex datasets while ensuring data accuracy and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Conduct analyses using Python or SQL, create visualizations, and present findings to stakeholders
- Develop and deliver trainings and project updates, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to project planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least nine years or master's degree with at least seven years of relevant experience in Statistics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in a programming language such as Python, SQL, or R
- Experience managing large datasets and performing quality control
- Experience with quality-assurance testing or user-acceptance testing involving healthcare data
- Ability to successfully complete a Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation
