A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organization of order requests in the Purchasing inbox
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate discrepancies
- Process and organize purchasing documentation and enter new orders into the Delivery Schedule
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent required
- Previous purchasing or data entry experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality of work
- Strong time-management skills
