Quality Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst II, Assessments (18 months fixed-term).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate user stories and technical requirements into manual test plans
• Perform regression testing and release validation of critical workflows
• Track, document, and communicate defects using Jira and contribute to shared documentation in Confluence

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Analyst role
• Proven ability to design and maintain structured manual test plans
• Experience with test management and documentation tools like Xray, Jira, and Confluence
• Familiarity with agile development practices
• Passion for education and alignment with the mission of providing free, world-class education
