Key Responsibilities

- Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of medical office experience, with prior authorization experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet usage
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
