Key Responsibilities
- Receive client submissions and input data into the system
- Verify completeness and accuracy of reports, ensuring compliance with policies
- Maintain communication with the Clinical QA Department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year clerical experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer use
- Typing speed of at least 40 W.P.M
