Quality Control Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Auditor/Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audits residential mortgage loan files for compliance with investor guidelines
• Analyzes credit reports and financial documents to assess eligibility and risks
• Communicates audit results effectively with clients and team members

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of recent underwriting experience
• Familiarity with AllRegs or comparable guidelines
• Experience with GSE Guidelines and various loan types (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA)
• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, MDIA, and HMDA regulatory requirements
