Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Management Coordinator to support the Quality Management department with clerical and database management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and transfer member and clinical data for Quality databases
- Provide clerical support including typing, copying, and phone communication
- Compile and prepare data for analysis on Quality Improvement activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year office experience within health care
- Prefer one (1) year managed care experience in a customer-oriented capacity
- Prefer exposure to data compilation and presentation processes
- Knowledge of managed care health care delivery systems is required
