Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reading Tutor for the 2025-2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage small groups of elementary students in virtual reading intervention sessions
• Support students' development of reading skills and foster a positive attitude towards reading
• Monitor activity within the virtual classroom during sessions and complete necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Positive attitude towards literacy development
• Knowledge of reading skills and concepts
• BA in education or a related discipline preferred
• State teaching certification with a Reading endorsement preferred
• Experience with online instruction and prior tutoring or educational experience is a plus
